Wir inspirieren uns an einem Projekt, das vom Architekturb\u00fcro A-Cero aus Madrid erstellt wurde, wo wir sehen werden, wie man eine Treppe mit der BIM-Software Edificius erstellt.<\/p>\n

Das Projekt ist ein Einfamilienhaus von 1250 m\u00b2 auf einer Fl\u00e4che von 1700 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n

Das Haus wird erschlossen anhand einer gemeinsamen Zufahrt f\u00fcr Fahrzeuge und Personen. Die Grenzmauern wurden von A-Cero mit dem gleichen Stein des Hauses erstellt, w\u00e4hrend die Z\u00e4une aus schwarz verzinktem Stahl sind.<\/p>\n

Das Gel\u00e4nde verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen sehr gepflegten Garten im Einklang mit der Architektur des Hauses. Die Fassade wurde aus Kalkstein und schwarzem Glasstein erstellt. Basierend auf den Kundenw\u00fcnschen wurde das Projekt auf einer orthogonalen Basis durchgef\u00fchrt, obwohl es nicht ganz die Entwurfsart von A-Cero widerspiegelt.<\/p>\n

Bei Betreten des Hauses hat man Zugang zu einem gro\u00dfen Eingang, der durch eine bedeutende Wendeltreppe gekennzeichnet ist, welche die Verbindung zu drei Etagen bildet.<\/p>\n

Die Treppe wurde wei\u00df und aus Glas erstellt und pr\u00e4sentiert sich als elegantes Designelement mit einem starken visuellen Eindruck.<\/p>\n

Ausgehend vom Untergeschoss wird in Edificius die Treppenstruktur definiert sowie die Anzahl der Steigungen, die L\u00e4nge der Auftritte, der innere Radius und die Richtung festgelegt.<\/h3>\n

Wie bereits im Untergeschoss wird der gleiche Vorgang f\u00fcr das Erdgeschoss wiederholt. Auch in diesem Fall werden die Eigenschaften der Treppe bestimmt.<\/h3>\n
