ACCA software in Slovakia for the National BIM Conference 2026
ACCA software among the official partners of the National BIM Conference Slovakia in Bratislava, featuring insights on openBIM®, GIS, point clouds, and digital twins

On October 15, 2026, ACCA software will be one of the protagonists of the National BIM Conference Slovakia, one of the key events in Slovakia dedicated to the evolution of Building Information Modeling, the digitalization of the construction sector, and the application of openBIM® processes in the management of built heritage.
The event will be held in Bratislava, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, and will see the participation of professionals, companies, institutions, and BIM specialists interested in new technologies for the design, construction, and management of infrastructure.
ACCA software will participate in the event as a partner, reaffirming its commitment to spreading openBIM® culture and developing interoperable digital tools to support designers, companies, public entities, and managers of real estate and infrastructure assets.
National BIM Conference Slovakia
The National BIM Conference Slovakia represents a moment of discussion on the main transformations affecting the construction industry, with particular attention to interoperability, data management, multidisciplinary collaboration, and the use of informational models throughout the entire life cycle of the project.
The 2026 edition will address central themes for the future of the AEC sector, including the integration between BIM, GIS, IoT, Digital Twin, and Artificial Intelligence, demonstrating how the connection between data from different sources can improve the control, monitoring, and management of buildings and infrastructure.
The goal of the event is to encourage dialogue between experts and industry operators, presenting methodologies and application cases capable of transforming the digital model into a concrete tool for more efficient and sustainable decision-making.
ACCA software’s contribution: openBIM®, GIS, and digital twin for digital infrastructure
During the conference, ACCA software will contribute two presentations exploring the integration of BIM models, geospatial data, point clouds, and advanced technologies for the management and maintenance of infrastructure.
As part of the main conference, ACCA will present the talk “Connecting BIM Common Data Environments and Point Clouds with ArcGIS for a New Generation of Digital Twins” (Connecting BIM Common Data Environments and Point Clouds with ArcGIS for a New Generation of Digital Twin). The session will demonstrate how usBIM.geotwin connects BIM Common Data Environments (CDE) with GIS platforms, bringing together openBIM®/IFC models and point clouds within a single spatial digital twin. This approach enables data from multiple sources to be collected, connected, and synchronized, supporting the management of complex infrastructure and providing an integrated view of assets and their surrounding territory.
During the workshop, ACCA software will further explore the topic with “From openBIM® to Smart Infrastructure Maintenance: Connecting BIM, GIS, Point Clouds & IoT.” The presentation will illustrate how the integration of these technologies can enable more advanced approaches to infrastructure monitoring, inspection, and maintenance, connecting digital information with real-world conditions to support more informed and efficient asset management.
The presentation will show how usBIM.resolver and usBIM.platform can relate IFC models, geospatial data, point clouds, and data from IoT sensors, creating an integrated information flow for infrastructure management and, in particular, for monitoring bridges.
Supporting the presentation will be the application case ACAMIR, developed in Italy, which demonstrates how the use of digital twins and data from real-time monitoring can make inspection activities more effective, promote the timely identification of any changes, and support the definition of more targeted and data-driven maintenance interventions.
Participation in the National BIM Conference Slovakia 2026 confirms ACCA software’s role as an international entity committed to developing interoperable BIM solutions and certified, capable of connecting different data, models, and systems according to the principles of openBIM®.
