Ceci n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;un des <a href=\"https:\/\/biblus.accasoftware.com\/fr\/les-avantages-du-bim-comment-change-notre-facon-de-travailler\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">avantages du BIM<\/a> appliqu\u00e9 au secteur de la construction.<\/p>\n<p>Travailler avec la m\u00e9thodologie BIM signifie cr\u00e9er une mod\u00e9lisation virtuelle du b\u00e2timent et avoir la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;effectuer toutes les op\u00e9rations souhait\u00e9es (depuis la conception, la construction jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la phase de gestion) sur cette mod\u00e9lisation, en g\u00e9rant de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 pr\u00e9dire le comportement du b\u00e2timent r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n<p>En pratique, il est possible d&rsquo;effectuer des simulations sur la mod\u00e9lisation virtuelle en fournissant les r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 la mod\u00e9lisation r\u00e9elle. Les raisons sont li\u00e9es au co\u00fbt moins \u00e9lev\u00e9 des bits, tant en termes de stockage que de traitement. Si cela se produisait, des m\u00e9canismes de contr\u00f4le seraient d\u00e9clench\u00e9s pour identifier le probl\u00e8me et y rem\u00e9dier.<br \/>\nPrenons un exemple&nbsp;:&nbsp;Tesla re\u00e7oit des informations de ses voitures tous les jours. Des centaines de milliers de voitures communiquent o\u00f9 elles se rendent, les obstacles identifi\u00e9s en cours de route, le fonctionnement du moteur.
