InnoArchi Studio: digital innovation for buildings, infrastructures, and territories

Based in Rabat, InnoArchi Studio is a multidisciplinary entity that integrates architecture, engineering, urban planning and digital technologies, contributing to the digital transformation of the AEC sector and territories.

The team, composed of architects, engineers, and specialized technicians, operates in the fields of BIM, Digital Twin, City Information Modeling, GIS, Computational Design, and artificial intelligence applied to design processes and data management.

The studio’s activities range from the informative modeling of buildings and infrastructures to the development of urban digital twins, to Scan-to-BIM and Heritage BIM for the knowledge, conservation, and enhancement of historical heritage.

Through InnoArchi Studio Academy, the company supports professionals, businesses, and institutions in developing skills related to BIM, openBIM®, Digital Twin, and collaborative project management.

Interoperability and BIM

The collaboration takes place in a context characterized by a growing demand for interoperable tools for the information management of works.

BIM technologies are indeed assuming an increasingly strategic role in architectural and structural design, multidisciplinary coordination, model verification, construction scheduling, and the management of the entire asset lifecycle.

In this scenario, ACCA software develops solutions based on openBIM® and the open IFC format, designed to facilitate collaboration between professionals, disciplines, and different platforms. Its technologies allow managing and integrating BIM models, GIS data, documents, point clouds, and information from various design, construction, and maintenance processes.

The integration of BIM, GIS, data-sharing environments, Digital Twin, and Facility Management systems thus enables building more structured information flows, reducing inefficiencies and improving decision quality throughout the entire lifecycle of buildings and infrastructures.

InnoArchi Studio and ACCA software: comprehensive support on the ground

The partnership with InnoArchi Studio fits into the broader strategy of ACCA software for expansion into international markets and for building an ecosystem of qualified operators capable of ensuring skills, training, and technical support on the ground.

Thanks to InnoArchi Studio’s local presence and ACCA software’s technological expertise, customers will have access not only to advanced digital tools but also to consulting services, training, and support for adoption.

The collaboration will enable the delivery of more effective user support, facilitating:

  • the introduction of BIM methodology into business processes;
  • the training of technical resources;
  • the adoption of collaborative and interoperable procedures;
  • the digital management of buildings and infrastructures;
  • the coordination of information between design, construction, and operation.

In conclusion, the partnership marks a new step towards the digitalization of the AEC sector in Morocco, enhancing innovation, skills, and international collaboration.
