ACCA software in Brazil: BIM and Innovation for the AECO Sector
In September, ACCA software returns to Brazil to participate in two major events dedicated to BIM: the 5th BIM Summit Brasil, held this year in conjunction with the 9th SeBIM, and FICONS 2026
From September 15 to September 18, 2026, ACCA software will be in Brazil to meet with industry professionals from the AECO sector and discuss the new BIM scenarios impacting the construction industry.
From the concrete applications of BIM to the integration of data, processes, and software, the company will contribute to two key events dedicated to the digital transformation of the sector.
FICONS 2026
From September 15 to 18, 2026, ACCA software will be present at FICONS 2026 – International Construction Fair (Feira Internacional de Materiais, Equipamentos e Serviços da Construção), at the Centro de Convenções de Pernambuco in Recife, Brazil.
The company will participate as an exhibitor in the Arena BIM, at stand 30, a space dedicated to innovation and digital transformation in the construction sector.
FICONS will be an important opportunity to meet AECO professionals and discuss the evolution of BIM and digital processes applied to the design, construction, and management of buildings. In this context, ACCA software’s participation aligns with the promotion of an openBIM® based approach, interoperability, and integrated information management, to encourage more connected and collaborative processes throughout the entire project lifecycle.
During the event, on September 18 at 4:00 PM, ACCA software will hold a presentation dedicated to the possibility of managing design, construction, and maintenance of buildings within a single BIM process.
The presentation will delve into the integration of data, processes, and software in the different phases of the building lifecycle, highlighting the role of open BIM standards in ensuring continuity and interoperability among tools and stakeholders involved.
The goal is to demonstrate how BIM can evolve from a methodology applied solely to design to a continuous information process, capable of accompanying the work from design through construction to management and maintenance, enhancing the generated information and making it available in subsequent phases.

5º BSB and 9° SeBIM
On September 17, 2026, ACCA software will also take part in the 5th BSB (BIM Summit Brasil), which this year will be held together with the 9th BIM Seminar (9th SeBIM), scheduled to take place at the UNIBH Auditório Carandá in Belo Horizonte.
The event represents the Brazilian version of the European BIM Summit and was created in response to the growing adoption of BIM in the Brazilian market, both in the public and private sectors, and the increasing demand for information related to Construction 4.0.
The official theme for the 2026 edition is: “CONSTRUA, A GESTÃO DO FUTURO COM PESSOAS E BIM” – “Build, the management of the future with people and BIM”.
ACCA software will be present as a Gold Partner and will speak in Panel 2 – “Aplicações e Inovação: como o BIM transforma a prática” (Applications and Innovation: how BIM transforms practice), scheduled for 11:45.
ACCA software’s presentation, titled “Do 3D ao Gêmeo Digital: como o BIM transforma o projeto, a construção e a gestão” (From 3D to Digital Twin: how BIM transforms design, construction, and management), will explore the evolution of BIM from a tool for three-dimensional modeling to an informational process capable of accompanying the work throughout its entire lifecycle.
The contribution will highlight how the integration of models, data, and information can create continuity between design, construction, and management, leading to the Digital Twin. An approach where the informational assets generated through BIM become a resource to support decision-making, coordination, management, and maintenance of the work.
Particular attention will be given to the topics of openBIM®, interoperability, and the connection between technologies and data, demonstrating how open digital processes can foster a more integrated and efficient management of the AECO sector.
