The layout of the accommodation is rectangular, with a longer side of about 8.60 m and a shorter side of 5.70 m, and is divided into two areas: living area and sleeping area.

The living area occupies about 18 m², configured as a completely open space and hosts both the kitchenette and the living room, as is often the case in the functional layout of a two-room apartment. On the shorter side, the door opens to the sleeping area and the services.

The hallway connecting the 3 rooms occupies the least possible space, in order to respect the minimum sizing of the living room and bedroom, according to the provisions of the ministerial decree of July 5, 1975.

All connection spaces are equipped with wardrobes, in order to make the most of the passage areas. All habitable rooms are equipped with openings that comply with the air-lighting ratios required by regulations.

The accommodation develops over a rectangular area, of about 60 m² net, with the longer side equal to 10.00 m and the shorter side of 6.00 m.

The floor plan can be discretized through a series of rectangles connected to each other. The service areas and the corridors occupy a regular strip that winds along the two adjacent sides of the rectangular plan.

The entrance to the accommodation is separated from the rest of the living space by a sort of screen that prevents anyone entering from having an immediate and complete view of the living room and kitchenette. From the entrance hallway, one can access the living area through two lateral openings adjacent to the screen, and to the sleeping area and services through a door located to the right of the entrance.

The living room is strongly characterized by the chromatic contrast of white bricks and chocolate-colored walls, along with the design of the ceiling that starts from the entrance, incorporates the brick backdrop, and divides the space into two. The use of color, in this case, helps to create movement within a unique open space that hosts a kitchenette, dining area, and living room.

From the hallway, you access the main bathroom and the bedroom, approximately 14 m², with an attached walk-in closet and private bathroom.
